All applications:
- A copy of your child's birth certificate
- A copy of your child's latest school report
- Medical aid details (including any information about medical conditions)
- A copy of your child’s Road to Health card (Gr R – 3 applicants)
- Letter from Kgosana (If you are Mofokeng)
- Parents' Identity Document/s
- Transfer Letter once accepted by Lebone
- ID size photograph of your child
- Fostering/adoption documentation (if applicable)
- 3 months payslips
- 3 months bank statement
- Proof of residence
- R100 Application Fee
Grade 4 – 10 applications:
- Motivational letter (Gr 5-10: Written by the student applicant)
- Testimonial (Gr 4-10: From current school e.g. Principal, HOD or Educator)
International applications:
- Study Permit (Foreign students only)
